What are your viewing days and times of

Previewing is all day, the day of the sale starting at 10am.
Our auctions are held every Friday (except for major holidays) at 7pm.
How long does the auction usually last? back up
We acknowledge our customers' time is precious, and we respect that.
So, the average length of each auction is between 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
When do I need to pick up my merchandise?

We are open Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
You need to pick up your merchandise before the next auction.
If you are an out of town buyer, storage arrangements can be made
if you notify us in advance.
I can not attend the auction. Can I place a bid
on an item? back up
Yes, we accept absentee/silent bids.
The bids are accepted until 5pm the day of the auction.
Also, when you leave a bid with us by phone, fax, or email,
you must include all information we require(see Contact Us).
For security purposes, you must also include your personal code.
What is your accepted method of payment and do
you charge a premium? back up
We accept Visa, Master, and Discover cards.
We also accept checks with prior approval.
 Yes, there is a 10% additional charge
on all purchases.
I do not have internet access to read
your auction lists. Can you mail them to me? back up
Yes, we can mail the auction lists to you.
All you need to do is contact us, give us your mailing address,
and tell us what types of items you like to buy.

All items are sold with no guarantee of condition. |

This is a code we have in our system that each individual buyer has and is
unique for each individual buyer. We will provide you with this code upon request. |

If the bidder is not able to attend the auction, the bidder can leave a
bid on an item. The auctioneer bids for you, up to the amount of the bid. If the item does
not reach the left bid amount, the bidder wins the item at the last bid, not at the left
bid amount. |

All matching sets (bedroom, diningroom) are sold in this manner.
1st : We sell every item individually in the set.
2nd : We take the total of the items and add
10%.
3rd : We offer the set at the 2nd step price.
4th : If no one bids, the set is split up.
If someone bids, the set stays
together, and the individual bidders
loose their items. |

Tips on searching pages
If you are looking for a certain item, you can use your browser to do it
for you.
This works for both Internet Explorer and
Netscape Navigator |

Above the navigation window, there is a row of words that starts with File
then Edit.
Click on Edit to view the Edit menu. |

Then click on Find in page. The Find box will appear. |

In the Find Box type in the item you are looking for, i.e. chest.

Then click on find next.
The browser will then scan the page looking for your item. |

The browser will advance to the first appearance of your item and stop for
you to read it. |

When you are through reading it, click on the find next button to
advance to the next appearance of your item. |
7 |
The browser will tell you when it can not find your item any more. When
this happens click on cancel to finish. |
8 |
You can repeat this process again to search for another item. |
Click on the back button in your browser to return to the
list you were viewing.
